Brand-onweb
A tale of our existing adventure together for your new website
Hi!
I’m excited to discuss working on this website with you. Outlined on the following pages are all the basics about how I work.
Please read through the entire packet carefully to ensure that my processes work for you. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
If everything looks good, the next steps are outlined at the end of this packet!
Office Hours
I work Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm MT (GMT -6)
During your project we will primarily use Notion to communicate. This helps me keep everything organized and in one place (I’ll sent you instruction on how to use this if we decide to work together).
I do my best to reply to all communication regarding active projects the same day (during my office hours).
If you’d like to chat via Zoom, you can schedule a call sending me an email to contact@brand.micasaabierta.com
Scheduling calls keeps my work from being interrupted and allows me focus on your project!
What’s Included
What you’re getting: A gorgeous and functional (custom or template-based) website designed to sell your services. This website will be built using WordPress and Divi Builder (with the lifetime license included), which means you’ll be able to update it easily –hooray!
I’ll also include my recommended plugins to help backup and secure your site, as well as a few I’ve found that just make updating your site easier.
1 or 2 months of free maintenance (depending what package you choose)
Besides the tech stuff, we’ll also meet for a strategy session via video chat, to nail down all your needs and get us both 100% on the same page. After the project begins, we’ll have meetings at the end of each phase to review what’s been done so far, and where we’re going next.
This website design and development does not include logo design, any font, image, or premium plugin licenses, so if there are specific fonts, images, or plugins you want to use, let me know right away as you’ll need to purchase them before I begin work.
After your website is completed, I can provide you an Ongoing maintenance service for your website (including a monthly report).
Also, if you want a new logo or the content of your website, you’ll have to request that separately.
To begin
To get started, I’ll need the following from you:
- Fill out the project planner (this include: your business and project info, design references, etc)
- Your current website login info (if apply)
- A document the new content of the site
- Images (if you don’t want me to select free stock photos)
- Choose the template for your site (if you’re having a template-based website)
- Access to your hosting (If you’re not using my hosting)
I need to pick your brain! I’ll send you my project planner form to get an in-depth look at your business, so I can strategically plan your site.
Also, I need to see what inspires you! If we agree to work together, you’ll select websites references that match the aesthetic and feel you want for your website.
To build your website properly, I’ll need your content before we begin. This includes text copy and any images you wish to use.
